Description : 加非體育會屬康文署豁下的社區體育會。本會由香港退役手球運動員創立，組有兩支女子手球聯賽隊及一支男子手球聯賽隊。主要培訓幼兒至青少年手球運動，致力推廣手球運動成為香港主流運動之一。本會設有U5-8歲、U9-12歲及U13-17歲的訓練班，希望提升香港手球運動的水平！

而家9歲至 12歲嘅小朋友有恆常班啦！😍
無論你係男仔定係女仔 有冇手球經驗都可以參與！😌
訓練中我地會偵測兒童心率狀況 可以知道兒童嘅心肺功能之外 仲可以留意兒童嘅運動表現🤓


訓練目的:

I. 培養兒童對運動之興趣及擴闊視野
II. 提高兒童身體的多向性及靈活性
III. 配合運用POLAR心率帶偵測訓練強度，發掘有潛力的球員


練習時間：逢星期六

地點：沙田排頭村手球場
