Description : Hello 大家好！我是Amos.2005年開始教瑜伽普拉提。主要針對理療，孕期運動，孕後康復為主。也是 Yoga Alliance 註冊學校及導師 E-RYT500.開辦線上 RYT200 + RPYT 雙證書課程及會員課。證書課程為1對1或自行組班線上教學。基本體式練習，輔具使用。針對理療，生理期及孕期練習的不同方式及處理。以及針對每位同學身體條件來變動的學習方式，在學習過程中，自身體會，才能在教學中幫助會員，在安全的情況下進行練習。
