Location: Central and West District, Eastern District, Wan Chai District , Kowloon City District, Kwun Tong District, Sham Shui Po District, Wong Tai Sin District, Yau Tsim Mong District, Kwai Tsing District, North District, Sai Kung District, Sha Tin District, Tai Po District, Tsuen Wan District, Others(flexible or no fixed location)

大家好，我係蔡sir，我接觸花式跳繩已經有14年

成人小朋友都岩玩嘅花式跳繩，減肥keepfit都得，得左！

曾代表香港到不同國家參加比賽，當中都獲得不錯的成績

2011年南韓跳繩錦標賽-亞軍
2013年新加坡跳繩錦標賽-冠軍
2014年香港跳繩錦標賽-亞軍
2019年香港跳繩錦標賽-表演盃 冠軍

另外在2017年開始，慢慢到不同學校授教花式跳繩至今有6年教學經驗

現在我開設了Alpha Skipping目的是為了讓花式跳繩呢項運動繼續傳承下去

主要是到不同學校或私人班
