我的職責：

🔸負責籌劃、設計和執行運動員訓練計劃；

🔹在進行精英訓練計劃時，善用所有運動科學、醫療及其他為運動員而設的支援服務，以加強訓練成果；

🔸透過全面性、多方位和定期評估，以監察運動員的表現；

🔹提交適時及具分析性的進度報告予運動員
