日期：逢星期六（共8堂）


時間：19:00p.m.- 20:30p.m.(1.5小時)


2️⃣🪢交互繩常規訓練(荔枝角)


日期：逢星期二、五（共16堂）


時間：19:30p.m.- 21:00p.m.(1.5小時)


1. 如學生於訓練間成功報名, 即可免費升級為會員；
