我地嘅教練，從動態式熱身開始、教授各種劍擊基礎動作，直至學員參與第一次劍擊比賽，一路上一直陪伴學員們成長。除了讓學員們在技術上得到提升外，同學間嘅良性競爭，相互交流，又或者教練同學員們嘅賽後分析和講解，亦會成為他們進步嘅推動力。


我地嘅訓練，注重學員們對於技術及戰術上嘅運用和理解，從而讓他們更容易發展出屬於自己嘅風格，為未來參與各類型賽事作好準備。
