感覺統合 x 親子瑜伽
此課程是由兩位創辦人一同編排的，加入感覺統合(感統)元素，幫助小朋友發展。親子瑜伽是愈來愈受家長歡迎，小孩子可在課堂上練習感統，家長亦可與小孩子一起做簡單瑜伽動作舒展身心。家長與小孩子一同合作去完成小遊戲，增加彼此的信任和提升親子關係，亦可藉此與其他人合作，以增加團隊合作精神。導師透過不同的活動來提升小朋友多方面的發展，如：加強肌肉耐力、反應力及手腳協調、提升專注力及平衡力、 加強心肺功能、提升自信及社交能力、提升創造力及表達能力等等，家長亦可見證小朋友的進步和成長，增進親子感情。
