Description : 3L泳會創立於二零一六年，現於粉讀游泳池、沙田賽馬會游泳池及大埔游泳池全年授課。本會成立至今，學生人數已超過2000人，一直推動游泳普及化和精英化。本會以小班教學方式授課，讓學生得到充足的照顧，並學習得更快。本會宗旨：以正統、實用及有效方式授泳，使學生能在短時間内學懂游泳，鍛鍊身體，享受游泳樂趣及繼續在游泳界發展。透過嚴格的訓練，培育團隊精神，鍛鍊個人毅力及進取心，促進身心健康。我們鼓勵及支持表現理想的學員參加各類比賽，爭奪各項殊榮，從中亦可培養學生不怕困難，勇於挑戰自己的精神。
