年齡：6-12 歲

讓兒童從小接觸團隊訓練，學習與人相處。希望兒童能多元化發展，在課餘時間也能做運動保持健康。此籃球班希望學員可以訓練到有如石頭般的心態，不易放棄、堅持。

教學內容


控球訓練（基礎）
 

  • 左右⼿拍球練習 

  • 點到點的控球練習 

  • 左右換⼿以及轉向


射球訓練（基礎）
 

  • 籃底射球 

  • 射法 

  • ⼒量訓練


傳球訓練（基礎）
 

  • ⼼⼝傳球 

  • 彈地傳球 

  • ⼩組訓練傅球


籃球是⼀項需要很多動作組合的運動，包括跑步、跳躍、⼿腳協調。


現為4-12歲兒童提供正規籃球訓練: 
 

  • 運球訓練 

  • ⼒量訓練 

  • 射球訓練 

  • 速度訓練 

  • 體能訓練
