(先)克服水的恐懼,(後) 學習水中自救技巧&泳式,初學者課堂中不會使用浮板及浮輔物,包括(水手䄂/浮書包),減少倚賴和節省學習時間。
<課程包括>
幼兒水中自救班(6個月以上)、特殊需要人士泳班、水中健體復康班(痛症人士)、兒童游泳班、成人小組班、泳術改良小組班、私人游泳班、私人健身班

#健身課程 (Land Training)
<教學理念> 疫情下不放棄訓練,針對瘦身&增肌設計的體能訓練,訓練包括拳擊,器械及高強度間歇性訓練,能夠提升心肺及肌肉力量,務求最短時間得到你想要的效果。
<課程包括> 私人健身班、兒童訓練班(4-10歲)、青年訓練班(11-20歲)、成人訓練班(21歲以上)
