Karmen Zebra為瑜伽及正念冥想導師，主要教授柔和伸展、陰陽瑜伽、瑜伽輪、正念冥想。她亦擅長教授親子瑜伽及小童瑜伽，希望無論成年人或小朋友都能透過練習瑜伽及其哲學，將快樂、健康和正念帶到大家的日常生活。

Karmen 同是聲頻療癒師，會以頌缽、音叉、海浪鼓、等工具配合課堂主題。有時更會舉辦大自然瑜伽活動：如草地瑜伽、直立板瑜伽、沙灘瑜伽、瀑布靜心工作坊，希望透過不同的課堂，協助學員在身體及心靈上一同達致和諧、健康、平衡。
