Description : 【詠春】麥家熾： 國際詠春聯盟麥家熾主席，介紹了姚才系詠春。指出姚才詠春較多以柔勁為主，注重用胯，即臀部腰以下部位。發力由腳上胯，再由胯上腰，再經肘推腕。這門詠春其中一個特點是蛇手，模仿蛇由地下上來的形象，施招者要推腕去打，若果手腕不夠鬆，那就算步法多好，沒有以肘推腕，功夫便不成事，所以是手法和步法均十分注重。姚才詠春的制敵理論是「柔剛濟柔、剛柔濟剛」，視對手手法的剛柔，再以不同的勁力作制衡。
