Description : 出生於香港的Sara，是一位NPC業餘運動員。我畢業於耀中國際學校和香港大學。接觸運動後，我對於健美訓練特別有熱誠。在過去的四場健美比賽中她都獲取佳績，令她確立了良好的審美觀、訓練強度、和毅力訓練。我希望以我過往自身的經驗，能夠正面地推動學員去健身，把健身融入日常生活，在飲食和訓練上都可以恰到好處，無論是增肌減脂或是塑造一個理想的身形，我都可以幫助到你。我希望可以陪伴學員可以不斷追求進步，不要害怕付出，只要不害怕失敗就是和成功距離前進了一大步，亦希望能夠把運動員的意志力傳承起來!
