Office workers often experience stress, anxiety and physical tension from long hours of sitting. 

Come de-stress with yoga instructor Phoebe Ng at Amphi Studios. 

This 1-hour bilingual gentle class specifically helps office workers relax the mind and restore the body in an ambient space. Suitable for anyone looking to destress after a long day at work. Beginners are welcome! 

Note: Bring your own mats. Mat rental at additional HKD 20 (booking required).
